4 Healthy And Super-Easy Meals You Can Make In A Snap

I’m never going to be that girl who cuts down the food she loves in order to get in shape. I am a huge foodie, and would rather work out five days a week to enjoy pizza, fries, and all the bread. But I know that healthy meals can be seriously delicious and take less time to prepare than a takeaway does, so I’m always looking for new recipes.

Want some inspiration for super quick healthy meals? Here are a few we love.

1. Poached eggs with spinach, mushroom and vine tomatoes

Yum! This lean recipe contains chives, nutmeg, vine tomatoes, spinach, portobello mushroom and a perfectly poached egg. It’s the perfect healthy meal when you have no time to cook and it could be just because I’m writing this article hungry, but this looks seriously good. Find the recipe here.

    I’m a vegetarian as well but the only problem is I think I don’t get enough protein. I would love to eat more beans, and legumes in general but I’ve literally never cooked them when they’re dry.
