4 Tips To Wake Up With Perfect Hair For Busy Girls

how to wake up with perfect hair

It’s every girl’s dream to go to bed and magically wake up with perfect hair like in the movies! Instead of waking up with unruly tresses, get that much-needed beauty sleep and try these tricks before you go to bed and wake up with perfect hair! Scroll down and find out how to wake up with perfect hair.

1 | HEADBAND CURLS

Time: 3 minutes
My all time favorite! This trick is amazing!  Start by grabbing a 2-inch section at the front. Lift it up and loop it back toward your face, and tuck it into the headband. Repeat this motion on the next piece of hair, grabbing overlapping sections of your hair and continue around the rest of your head until you reach the opposite side on the front. Then go to bed. Wake up and remove the headband. Brush through your hair for bigger waves, and finish with OUAI Finishing Creme

Top 3 products to create this look ( that actually work)

2. Bumble & Bumble Invisible Oil
3. Drybar Detox Dry Shampoo

2 | BEACHY WAVES

Time: 1 minute
After shampooing, towel dry your hair so it’s slightly damp and then style your hair in a high, loose bun. When you wake up in the morning, undo the elastic and enjoy the loose waves you have created. If your hair falls straight naturally, simply spritz on a light hairspray like Ghost’s Weightless Hairspray to combat fly-aways or apply Sally Herschberger Root Envy for extra volume.

Top 3 Products to prep your hair and create pretty epic waves

2. AMIKA Un.Done Texture Spray
3. CHRISTOPHE ROBIN Seasalt Scrub

3 |  USE A SILK SCARF

Time: 1 minute
If fighting frizz is your morning hair struggle, then this tip is for you. Before going to bed, smooth some serum through your strands and wrap all of your hair into a silk scarf. The oil works to soften hair while the silk prevents friction to reduces frizz. Hello, perfect hair!

4 |  TWIRL IT

Time: 3 minutes
An amazing trick from my hairdresser! Simply twirl your hair overnight and wake up with beautiful beach waves add some of every hairdresser’s favorite Bumble & Bumble Hairdressers’s Invisible Oil  for glossy locks.

Et voila, you’re done!

  • A loose bun is my favourite to do.

  • Headband curls don’t work for me overnight (I toss and turn too much) but I do them occasionally in the morning if I have a few hours before I need to go out. Sleeping in a bun is my all time favorite though. I only wish the body would last all day. My hair tends to fall out once exposed to the Miami air.
