The thought of prepping breakfast, lunch, and dinner does not fill me with joy. I’m not really a domestic goddess, so while I’ll be splitting cooking duties with my boyfriend in our new house, I do want to prepare my breakfasts in advance and actually eat something healthy and filling before I dash out the door.
With that in mind, here are a few easy and quick breakfast recipes you really can’t miss. They’re healthy, simple and (most importantly!) fast.

There’s nothing better than a bowl of oatmeal in the morning. You can even prepare it ahead and bring it in a jar to heat up when you get to the office, as long as you’ve got fruit in the fridge and are willing to prepare it.
