If you want to incorporate yoga into your mornings, make a habit of adding it to your morning routine, maybe between your waking and morning shower. It’s the perfect way to center your thoughts and get ready for a busy day! Just make sure you set aside the right amount of time to do your yoga routine, even 15 minutes is enough!

#3 Create The Perfect Space

#4 Do It With A Friend

#6 No Distractions

Turn off your phone, move into a spare room and keep yourself focused. Yoga is about mindfulness and you can’t be mindful with your phone buzzing next to you.
