We all know that getting fit is hard, and when it comes to deciding between a burger or a salad, let’s say that we all know which one we’d choose…but this year is different Career Girls! There are so many awesome health and fitness books on sale for us now so we can start the year right, and that starts by eating right.

Super-clean eater Gwyneth Paltrow has provided us with 125 of her favourite recipes which little fat, sugar and gluten – perfect if you’re trying to cut back! After the huge success of her book ‘It’s All Good…’  this book is perfect for anyone trying to get healthy in 2016! The only catch – you’ll have to wait till April to get your hands on it (boo!).
