It’s officially the party season. It’s the time to get out the glitter, put on your party shoes and let down your hair. Office parties, family gatherings, reuniting with friends, you name it, there’s a party to be had. It all sounds fabulous until you wake up the next day with a sore head, an empty purse and a Snapchat story full of regrets. Maybe that last tequila wasn’t the best idea after all. Well, luckily, Khloe Kardashian has the hangover guide you need to help you get through the festive season.

Here is the advice that the queen of partying has to offer:

Remove the alcohol toxins with yoga

According to Khloe, Yoga is what will help that dodgy stomach you always get after drinking (or was it the drunken food?). She says,

“If the thought of yoga isn’t vomit-inducing, then try doing child’s pose. The position is said to stimulate the circulation of lymph, a fluid in your body that helps remove toxins, AKA all of that alcohol you drank last night.”

Essentially, you are removing all the alcohol you now regret drinking all with a different way of lying down (which let’s be honest, is what you will be doing all day anyway).

Ease your headache with hydration.

That dry mouth, pounding head and a nauseous feeling is all too familiar when you wake up from a night out. We have been told it so many times, but water really is the answer to your hungover state. All those symptoms are due to dehydration. Take that huge glass of water and add some lemon for extra revival.

If queen Khloe tells us that if wake up with a headache and feel dehydrated, “then a big glass of water is going to be your new BFF.” We simply have to oblige.

Carbs, carbs, carbs.

Khloe’s fabulous figure is the talk of the fitness world. With this is in mind, there is no better news than Khloe’s advice for the food to reach for.

“Post-party, your body may be low on potassium and blood sugar, so opt for a banana and bagel to gain back the respective lost nutrients. Eggs are another good option because they are easy on the stomach and break down toxins in your body.”

Whilst it might not be the greasy fry up you crave, it will help you get rid of the never-ending hungover feeling. Which, realistically, we all know is the ultimate goal anyway.
