  • As somehow who struggles wit hanxiety, I’m always looking for alternatives to medicine to cope..and while tea and yoga help, this would be perfect ot have for emergencies (like…airplanes). Asking my doctors about this!

      I take Diazepam for flying (I’m a terrible flyer), it helps to relax you, you can ask your doctor for some!
