I used to be a coffee person, but for the last month or two I’ve moved strictly to tea! It’s just as good first thing in the morning as it is before bed :D

  • I love tea – from black to green to white, and then of course tisane… Definitely got a healthy edge over coffee, especially green tea! Less caffeine and quintessentially British.

  • Totally agree with you! I am a tea junkie. Drink it all day long. Sometimes if I have coffee it’s only 1 cup a day, and that’s because I am at the office. But other than that, it’s tea time every time :)

I’ve tried and tried and tried to like tea. I think it just doesn’t like me. I’ve yet to find one that doesn’t upset my stomach. Oh well…I guess I’ll just keep trying.

  • I drink green tea everyday and a cup before bed. It’s a great body cleanse and the perfect alternative to coffee.

  • The chinese say black tea in winter and green tea in summer. So that makes sense when you say black tea is for the immune system.
Yogi tea is good, relax is especially good before bed.
But for the last 2 years (I never drank any tea before) I’ve used nettle tea, green tea and many other herbs, including hawthorn, skullcap, sage, mountain teas.
I can’t recommend them enough. Nettle tea is especially effective for many problems.
