10 Minute Work-Out To Get Rid Of That Flabby Belly

Now that we worked on our leaner legs, got rid of our arm jiggle and created an amazing butt, it is time to work on our flabby belly.

The belly is for most people the problem area and the part of the body that needs to get in shape if you want to rock that beautiful bikini in the Summer. Belly fat is also the most dangerous type of body fat, which gave the CGD team even more reason to start our day with an amazing work-out.
