At this time of year, we’re all looking for cheap 30 minute meals. The kind of meals we can buy ingredients for on the fly and cook up in a snap, while still having time to chill out in front of Netflix.
I’m a real foodie, so the only thing I care about is the flavor. I can eat healthily, or treat myself, but it’s gotta be good. It’s gotta be soul food that tastes amazing and takes hardly any time to prepare.
If you’re like me and need some meal inspiration for this week, never fear, here are some recipes that take less than 30 minutes and still taste incredible.
Mushroom & Thyme Tagliatelle
