1. List five risks you took last year

Note down five risks that you took last year, whether you intended to take them or unintentionally. This will show you to embrace the fear and not let it hold you back!

2. Name five skills you learned today

As you’ll be writing these down at the start of the day you’ll be more likely to try and learn something new today! So, it’s a good prompt to make you feel like you’ve achieved more than you thought today!
