P.S I’ve found tracking my workouts super easy with the Fit Is The Sh*t planner, creating a schedule and actually ticking it off really helps to stay motivated and dedicated. Over the past few months, I’ve had the time to try a lot of different at-home workouts, and here are some I actually enjoy doing…

Pilates For Beginners – Full Body Workout

Cassey Ho is the pilates trainer. She knows how to get you moving, so if you aren’t sure what to expect, this full-body pilates workout is for you. If you’re looking for the best at home workouts, you should definitely try hers.
