    These are some great apps to use when you’re on the go. If you have a chance, a great app that I use is SworkIt. It’s available on Android and iPhone. It’s an app uses the body-weight approach to exercise. That way you don’t need any equipment. Cool right?

    my issue with nike fit is that after downloading all the workouts I still have to download workouts again =.=
    very annoying you know, not like the park has wifi
