cgd1

Have you jumped on the smoothie bandwagon yet? What do you mean no? I know that giving up soda is hard, but smoothies are so much better for you. They’re healthier for your body and can do wonders for your skin. Seriously, whatever skin problem you have, there’s a smoothie to help you fix it. Take a look at this:

#1. For dull skin: pineapple and turmeric smoothie

Tired, dull skin in need of a pick-me-up? This yummy pineapple and turmeric smoothie will restore its healthy glow in no time. Pineapple is rich in Vitamin C, which has brightening and antioxidant properties, while turmeric is an anti-inflammatory that soothes irritated skin.

– 1 tablespoon of raw coconut water
– 1/8 tablespoon of turmeric (powdered)

#2. For mature skin: green tea smoothie

Drink your way to smoother, younger-looking skin with this tasty green tea smoothie. Green tea is a powerful antioxidant that fights wrinkle-causing free radicals and UV damage. Honey has antioxidant properties too while yogurt aids digestion. And better digestion = healthy skin.

1 teaspoon of honey
2 cups of ice cubes
1 cup of lime yogurt
1 cup of green tea
Zest and juice of 2 limes

#3. For dry skin: avocado and coconut smoothie
