
Although the year is almost over, there are still a couple of eye-catching movies being released. These are the best of the best this year, the one’s we’re most excited to see and actually want to book ticket for. So, if you want to make a cinema date this season, these are the films you absolutely have to see!
Fantastic Beasts And Where To Find Them
The latest in the Harry Potter series, this film takes place seventy years before Harry Potter enters Hogwarts and reads the adventures of writer Newt Scamander. This collection of films begins in November and follows Newt’s adventures in New York’s secret community of witches and wizards. We can’t wait, it’s going to be the perfect Christmas film!
The Girl on the Train
This movie is based on the psychological thriller written by Paula Hawkins. Daily train commuter Rachel Watson (Emily Blunt) is a recent divorcee with a drinking problem. During Rachel’s commute, she catches daily glimpses of a seemingly perfect couple from the window of the train. One day Rachel witnesses something shocking and tells the authorities what she thinks may have happened. However, due to her memory and drinking problem Rachel is unable to trust her own memories and starts her own personal investigation.
Passengers
On a routine journey to transport thousands of people, a spacecraft has a malfunction in its sleep chambers. As a result, Jim and Aurora, two passengers, are awakened 90 years too early. Although initially being unhappy about being awoken early, the two begin to fall for each other. However, they soon realize that their ship and the 5,000 passengers on board are in danger and only they can save everybody.
Suicide Squad
U.S. intelligence officer Amanda Waller assembles a team of dangerous, seemingly expendable super-villains for a top-secret mission. Armed with government issued weapons and a goal, Deadshot (Will Smith), Harley Quinn (Margot Robbie), and other renowned villains must work together to complete their mission. These criminals unite against many odds to battle a powerful entity while the Joker (Jared Leto) has an agenda of his own.
La La Land
Jazz pianist Sebastian (Ryan Gosling) falls for aspiring actress Mia (Emma Stone) in Los Angeles. The two are drawn together by their desire to do what they love but as success mounts, they are faced with decisions that have the ability to rip them apart.
