5 Quick Fixes For When Your Jeans Are Too Tight

The holiday season is fast approaching it’s time for tight jeans and party dresses. Every girl wants to  feel good. Thanksgiving is fast approaching and we just know we’re going to overindulge, plus ’tis the season for hot chocolate with cream and marshmallows, so we’ve got that going on for us, too. Here are 5 quick fixes for the dreaded winter tight jeans!

#1. Drink more water

If you’re feeling bloated swap sodas and coffees for water. If you think it’s boring just mix it up by adding lemon or mint. Drinking more will make you feel full and detox your system. Flushing out those nasty toxins will give you a flat tummy in no time!

#2. Cut out junk food

We all know this one, but it’s really hard. If you put mind over matter this is the easiest quick fix of all, just cut out all those bad foods for a month and behold the difference! Your body will thank you for it. Eating sugar causes us to crave more sugar. Swap for healthy alternatives and you will slip into those skinny jeans Asap.

#3. Move more

It’s time to get off that backside and move. I know, I know the weather is miserable and Netflix is calling. Stay strong! A little sweat sesh once a day, even for 15 minutes will see you reap serious rewards. Your body will debloat pronto. Plus you will be in a better mood as those endorphins increase.  You will have energy to keep up with the hectic party season.

#4. Eat breakfast

It’s tempting to skip this to save calories. I beg you don’t do it! The research is endless about the positive impact eating breakfast has on  both weight loss and concentration. No one wants to be brain dead in the office! Have something yummy and filling like oats or yogurt. It will stop you reaching for that chocolate fix at 11am.

#5. Snack smart

With party season in full swing it’s easy to get stuck into the canapés. They are usually full of fat and sugar. Swerve them. You want to look amazing in those tight jeans! Snack regularly to keep your blood sugar levels regular. Have a handful of nuts or a green juice.
