That Friday feeling deep down inside is nearly ready to unleash itself and you’re feeling great. There’s nothing better than a good ol’ gossip in the office on your (well-deserved) lunch break over a nice Cup of Joe with your Career Girls.

From celeb goss to the latest makeup trends, here are a few things to discuss with your co-workers.

 1) Turmeric Lattes
The new food fad. This Instagram trending cup of golden goodness is supposed to be a healthy, caffeine-free alternative to the humble cup of coffee with healing and anti-inflammatory properties. Loved by celebrity Gwenyth Paltrow, the no-filter needed vibrant drink according to Gwyneth Paltrow’s Goop website, works best with almond milk, ginger, coconut sugar, coconut oil and turmeric.

Other cafes recommend using different milk, such as coconut and cashew, and some suggest adding honey to enhance the rich, earthy flavours. Yay or nay?

2) Where on earth should I go on holiday this year?
Everyone needs a vacay, be it abroad or in your own country, but with soo many places to choose from it’s not always easy to decide. I guess it’s all about your budget and how much time you have off. Social media is freaking out over this slightly unusual makeup trend; beauty bloggers have decided to add a little ROYGBIV to their beauty regime. We think it would look pretty awesome when going to a festival or a carnival, but definitely a little too OTT for an everyday look! What do you think?

5) Kimye
Love them or hate them (the reason why they’re right at the bottom of the list), Kim Kardashian and Kayne West are usually always hitting the headlines in one way or another. Kim once again posing nude on Instagram (no surprise there) and annoying Twitter fans by bragging how a private jet app called Jet Smarter has changed her life and urging her fans to download it. Obviously, fans think this is a ridiculous idea, one Tweeting: One wrote: “Yeah cos I can afford a private jet. (sic).” Me too fellow Tweeter, me too.

On the other hand, there are Kanye fans causing havoc on the streets after he tweeted the location and time of a secret gig. Maybe he’s more popular than I though, huh. There’s no escaping them whether you care or not (unfortunately!).
