The first step to a peaceful mind and de-stressing is to make sure that your environment is in order.When your house is a mess it can affect your mood negatively and make your personal space seem like a place you want to escape from, rather than something to look forward to coming home to. Organize you closet one day every month to make sure that you don’t have clutter building up.

You will never be a better dresser if you wear clothes that don’t fit correctly.If something doesn’t fit, then it never looks good, no matter how hot you think the item looks on the rack.

You might need a couple of hours. Or a few, if your closet is huge. Set aside an evening, if you have time in the evenings, or half a weekend day. Get boxes ready. You might need half a dozen or more, depending on how much junk you have.
#5 – Only keep clothes that are still in a good condition.
If your clothes look old, worn or damaged, then it’s time to say goodbye. If your sweaters have necklines that are stretched or sleeves that are pilled or your bras and underwear are totally shapeless, it’s time to get new ones.
