5 Tricks To Wake Up Feeling Your Best Every Morning


Our aim is to be unstoppable, but we know that it’s not always possible to wake up feeling like the best version of yourself. We all have those off-days, granted.

However, it’s what you do to combat those off-days that will give you the best chance of success.

And who doesn’t want to wake up every day feeling like the boss and being that girl who has her shit together?

So, if unstoppable is what you’re aiming for, then we might just have some tips for that:

1. Leave yesterday in the past

We can’t stress enough that you need to stop putting yourself down over the smallest of things, over the smallest of failures. But it’s our perception of failure that stops us in our tracks. We think, for example, that failure is defined by busting your bum off to write five blog posts a day that no one reads, or getting no reply from your business emails.

Is this really failure? Or is it bumps along the road?

You need to put failure behind you, and that means learning how to overcome these small obstacles and moving on from them quickly. Before you go to bed, write a list of all the things you’re leaving behind.

2. Make the choice now to rise

No one ever said the road to success would be an easy one, so it’s really important to make the snap decision if you’re going to be the person who gives up, or if you’re going to be the one who smashes it. Get up earlier, go and grab the day ahead of you. Grab your planner, make a list of what you’re going to do and make it happen. It doesn’t matter what happened yesterday, it’s all about the here and now.

But sometimes, we all need a gentle reminder that anything is possible. All you have to do is RISE UP and take it.

3. Start the day off right

You can make a bad choice as soon as you wake up, thus ruining your momentum, or you can always make the right choice. Get up a little earlier, get some fresh air, drink some tea and be part of the morning. Make the right choices and your body and mind will reward you. Pushing yourself too hard can leave you feeling exhausted, so take a few minutes to decide what the right choice looks like for you – and figure out why you haven’t been making it so far.

4. Spend time on you

Self-love makes a huge difference. The more you love yourself, the more you can achieve and the more confident you will be. Spending a little extra time getting ready and making sure that you’re dedicating time to yourself and not to other people will help you wake up happier. This means turning off your phone and taking this moment for yourself. It’s your time to shine now.

5. Now, go and make your start…

The most important thing is, you’ve got to stop making excuses for yourself.

If you’re putting something off, thinking you’ll have more time in the future, the truth is you won’t, trust us! Stop putting things off, nip it in the bud and get it done. Don’t EVER be the person who holds you back, you need to make sure you stay motivated and thrived to go and be more and do more.

Having a great day really relies heavily on you alone. All of the above can be irrelevant, that is, if you don’t go out and DO IT!
