Set in New York City, two business competitors fall in love online, oblivious to each other’s real life existence. When they find out who the other actually is, they must decide whether they can put their rivalry aside for love, or forget their cyber relationship. Who doesn’t love New York in the fall?!
2. When Harry Met Sally
A romantic comedy that will make you laugh, and melt your heart! This film is set around two people with different ideas on relationships – and their difference in opinion sets them against one another. However, maybe there’s more to their relationship…? Watch to find out!
3. PS I Love You
A true romantic movie, there will be a few tears for this one, so make sure you have the tissues ready. A story of a widowed woman whose husband leaves her letters after he dies, which take her on an exciting journey through life with him, but without him. Perfect for a cosy night in with your partner – and a good way to get lovey-dovey together.
4. One Day
One Day is a mix of laughs, love and sadness, this story is about two best friends who don’t realise they love each other until the end. Anne Hathaway is one of our faves and there are some dishy men featured too – so be ready to be whisked back to the 90’s and enjoy a time-spanning story.
5. St. Elmo’s Fire
A group of college students embark on a series of adventures in the “real world” after they graduate. The film questions whether their friendships will survive the adult world – a film that will bring you lots of laughs on a cold night!
6. Love Actually
Ok, so maybe love actually is a Christmas film – but don’t deny you watch it all the way through the year (we definitely do). This film is full of everything you could possibly need: love, happiness and a bit of Christmas spirit. It’s never too early for Christmas we say!
