7 Genius Tricks To Wake Up With Perfect Skin

There have always been old wives tales about how to get clear skin overnight. From putting toothpaste on a zit to the more creative ancient remedies. Hands up if you’ve tried the toothpaste trick before? Don’t worry, though, in the past few years I’ve tried every lotion and potion you can imagine and I’ve got some pretty genius tricks up my sleeve to give you perfect skin while you sleep.

Ready to be sleeping beauty? Here are some tips and tricks…

1. Get an overnight cream that actually works

Charlotte Tilbury Magic Night Cream available here.

There are so many great overnight creams that work on hundreds of different issues and target different problems, but my favorite by far is the Charlotte Tilbury Magic Night Cream. What’s different about this one is that you see results instantly, rather than in a week or a month. It works overnight to hydrate your skin, so when you wake up you have clearer brighter skin! Buy it here.

2. Use a clay mask in the evening

Herbivore Pink Clay Mask available here.

If you want amazing skin overnight but you struggle with dry or uneven skin tone, you have to try this pink clay mask. French Pink Clay actually draws out impurities, so there’s every chance this started off as one of those old wives tales. Scrub generously and follow up with an overnight cream, when you wake up you’ll be amazed at how fresh and perfect your skin looks. Buy it here.

3. Upgrade your eye mask

Slip Silk Eye Mask available here.

Does your eye mask help your products to sink into your skin and help you to wake up with de-puffed eyes and crease-free skin? If the answer to all those questions was no, you need to hop on the hype and get yourself a Slip Silk Mask. Trust me, when you wake up you will wonder how you ever lived without it. Buy it here.

4. Get more vitamin C

Paula’s Choice C15 Super Booster available here.

Vitamin C is the key to producing collagen, which will make your skin look youthful, plump, and hydrated. So if your skin’s been looking a little dull, you need to try this. Apply a few drops before bed and massage in, when you wake up your skin will be brighter and firmer! Buy it here.

5. Banish problem skin

Mario Badescu Drying Lotion available here.

I’d only recommend the world’s best acne formula for getting clear skin overnight. If you struggle with acne or problem skin, you seriously need to try this. It’s ridiculously affordable and actually works. Just one drop of this will dry out a zit overnight. Buy it here.

6. Try rose petals

Fresh Rose Face Mask available here.

If you’ve got sensitive skin or are a little wary of other products, the best thing I’ve ever tried is rose water. I used it when my skin was going through a nasty reaction and it instantly calmed and soothed it. Buy it here.

7. If all else fails, get a sheet mask

Charlotte Tilbury Instant Dry Face Mask available here.

When all else fails, I swear by a sheet mask to give me that extra boost. Charlotte Tilbury is always the best when it comes to getting incredible skin. This mask is goals. It lifts, brightens, firms, clears, and hydrates all in one. The results are revolutionary and dramatic. You need to see them to believe them. Buy it here.

Mario Badescu drying lotion is so good to reduce spot size/get rid of spots overnight. I’ve heard Charlotte Tilbury is good but there’s perfume in the skin products :/
    Skinceuticals is amazing!

Great post! There are so many options for things to do before bed that’ll give you good skin in the morning. I’m not the biggest fan of sheet masks but maybe I’ll start reincorporating them into my routine? A silk eye mask seems like a great idea!
