The 8-Step Beauty Sleep Routine You Should Be Doing Before Bed

We know what we should be doing in the morning. But, when it comes to our evenings, after a long day at work, Netflix and pass out is the only thing we can manage! You’ve spent the whole day being/trying to be healthy, so why not continue this on whilst you’re in dreamland? When you’re finally getting that must-needed beauty sleep, try these life-saving beauty hacks that will take you from Snoozerella to Beauty Queen.

1. Keep your hair clean

I know this sounds weird, but it really works. Promising yourself that you will get up early and shower in the morning doesn’t always work out (at least it never does for me).
