Priyanka Chopra Jonas is pretty damn inspiring. Not only is she one of the most influential actors to dominate the screen in both India and the United States, but she’s also a jet-setting, tech-investing, feminist who takes a stand for what she believes in and isn’t afraid to speak about the tougher issues.

WAKE UP
Because Priyanka is usually flying all over the world, promoting movies (like her new one with Rebel Wilson), working on new projects, reading scripts and heading up global initiatives, there is no such thing as a typical wake-up call. She might be waking up at 4 am, or maybe she’ll catch a lie in once in a while. No matter how jarred her mornings are there’s always one thing she makes time for, and that’s breakfast.
It’s reported that Priyanka is a fan of oatmeal, eggs, and a glass of semi-skimmed milk. She needs a balanced and healthy breakfast if she’s going to tackle everything on her to-do list for the day.

WORK OUT
Working out is the essential ingredient for any successful woman, it’s never about how your body looks (that’s just a nice side-effect) it’s more about how you feel, and being ready to tackle whatever life throws at you. Priyanka is a huge fan of the gym but will try to work out no matter where she is. She will start on the treadmill for fifteen minutes, and then does a mixture of resistance training or running and spinning. She can be found doing all sorts from crunches and bicep curls to bench jumps and push-ups. WORK BEGINS
Again, no two days are the same in Priyanka’s schedule, she can be found reading scripts, filming and rehearsing for her various roles. Whether she’s got a cameo in Isn’t It Romantic, starring in a music video for her husband, or is working on her own project, Priyanka takes acting very seriously and has worked hard to be respected. “After I won Miss India I realized I do not like failing. I just like being the best. I hate being a loser. So I just have to keep winning,” she said.
Working hard helps you to stay on top, but Priyanka’s hectic schedule requires a plan of epic proportions. She’s also an investor in the Bumble app and often attends talks and events. TRAVEL HOME
Wherever home is at that time for Priyanka, she is more than happy to go there at the end of a busy day. Her house is located in Beverly Hills, and she’s always happy to be reunited with her dog, but while she’s working she can be found (mostly sleeping) in all manner of transports, from cars to planes. She knows she’s extremely lucky and tries to spend time with the people she loves no matter where she is in the world, which allows her to feel at home no matter where she is. When you’re traveling a lot, as Priyanka does, time for rest and self-care is just as important as having a plan for the day.

Priyanka loves to hang out with her friends and family when she has some free time. You only had to see her hen party know that she loves her friends and family, and when she can she will spend time with them. “My family is my greatest strength and my biggest weakness,” she says. Her wedding itself was a huge three-day affair, with family and friends from all over the world, if you can, make time for your nearest and dearest, schedule in a call, a visit, or a night out – it’ll break up your days and give you something to look forward to.

END OF THE DAY
After a busy day, it’s always good to chill out, put on the TV and relax. Priyanka’s evening routine includes taking care of her skin and hair no matter what. “I’m really strict with my skincare regimen,” she shared. “No matter what’s happening in my life, I wash my face every single night and I moisturize — even if it’s 4 am. It’s so ingrained in me, before I even go into the bedroom, I just go straight to the basin and wash up.” Priyanka’s skincare routine contains some staples but a few things you can make at home in your kitchen. She uses coconut oil to cleanse and exfoliates with a hot towel before getting ready for bed.
Being on top of your skincare routine is a huge part of your self-care, looking after yourself will make you feel better, and will help you perform better at work too.
