1. My FitnessPal

A well-known app to count your calories and keep you on track of your healthy eating. Enter your exercise, glasses of water or even scan the barcode of meals you buy and the app will do the rest for you. The app sets your targets and you can see your progression! Check it out here.

2. Timeful

There are 24 hours in a day and if push came to shove you would find time for emergencies or something you love to do. Just sync the app with your calendar, tell the app what activities you’d like to do regularly and it will tell you the optimal times to do so.
