  1. I take both Centrum complete and iron supplements. The iron was a real life changer, it was prescribed to be as I was reaaaally anemic, and at made my hair look so much healthier and shinier, with so much more volume, not to mention I was feeling less fatigued throughout the day as well!

  2. Thank you sharing! I wrote all of these supplements down for future reference. My favourite supplements are fish oil, turmeric, vitamin D & ashwagandha.

  3. I think if you have a healthy, balanced diet that you only need a minimum of supplements. I heard some good stories on biotin, so I think I might try that :)

  4. As a vegetarian it is really hard to get a daily dose of ZINC, which can make a big impact on skin. I started supplementing with zinc and balancing with copper&iron (since it can deplete these) and have had great results.

  5. I have been taking biotin for over a year now, and it does seem to make my hair grow longer and faster, but it really doesn’t seem to do anything for hair loss. Good luck!
