However, it’s a common misconception. You think you can measure your work by how busy you are, and how much you’re working. But actually, working smart means you’ll be working better, not harder. It’s about being smarter with your tasks so you can be more productive. But getting into this way of thinking takes time – but don’t worry, we can help with that…

First of all, you have to be innovative and be ready to think outside the box.

If your process of doing a task is too slow, think of what you can do to speed it up and be more effective.
