His book describes how to eat more, exercise less AND lose weight. Sounds too good to be true, right? Well in his book, Joe has combined easy to prepare 15-minute meals with 15 minutes of HIIT (high intensity) home workouts for optimum health results. We’re betting this one is sold out soon!
2. Davina’s Smart Carbs – Davina McCall
Eat carbs and still lose weight? It sounds like a dream come true – and it is! Davina McCall’s 5-week smart carbs plan involves a variety of simple meals, snacks and sweet treats to help you slim down whilst cutting out refined carbs! McCall focuses on eating carbs that are slow-release ‘smart’ carbs, helping you cut down the calories and the number you see on the scales!
3. The Medicinal Chef: The Power of Three – Dale Pinnock
In his brand new cookbook, the medicinal chef shows readers how to stay happy and healthy for life, rather than following a fussy diet plan! Have no time to cook? Find it difficult to eat healthy on the go? Then this is the perfect book for you! Super-clean eater Gwyneth Paltrow has provided us with 125 of her favourite recipes which little fat, sugar and gluten – perfect if you’re trying to cut back! After the huge success of her book ‘It’s All Good…’ this book is perfect for anyone trying to get healthy in 2016! The only catch – you’ll have to wait till April to get your hands on it (boo!).
