Everybody in our office is different, we all choose different beverages to revitalize us in the morning from coffee to coca cola (yes so unhealthy!) but the best way to start your morning routine is with a detox tea. That’s the way to glowing skin, a healthy body, and a morning boost.
Cinnamon detox tea
Cinnamon is a great anti-oxidant, it’s the second most powerful anti-oxidant in the world. It’s also great for weight loss and belly fat reduction and helps you feel more alert. Not only is this a great seasonal tea as it gets colder, it’s also got loads of benefits and boosts.
1 cinnamon stick
Ginger detox tea
Ginger is usually great for nausea and stomach problems, but it’s also revitalizing and gives you energy. It soothes pain and regulates blood sugar too, so is great to drink in the morning for a little buzz that is caffeine free. This tea is apparently great for clear skin, too.
1 tsp ginger
Turmeric tea is great for glowing skin, improving liver function and reducing inflammation. It’s a great all-rounder, and although sounds a bit harsh, you can add coconut milk to it to make a really nice golden tea in the morning.
1/4 Teaspoon Turmeric
1/4 tsp ginger powder
1tbsp raw honey
2 cups water
Apple Cider Vinegar was used as a cure for every issue back in the day. It might seem strange to add a dash to your cup but it really does have a ton of benefits, from cleansing and detoxing your body to freshening up your skin. The mint in this one cuts the taste so it’s not sharp and actually helps you cut out bloating and water weight.
1 tsp cider vinegar
3 sprigs mint
