Week 1: Food Diary Of A Career Girl
A couple of weeks ago, I was staring at my laptop screen and thinking I really should change my lifestyle. When I’m done working during the week it’s often ‘sofa-time’ or the obligatory social gatherings in between. No more excuses, it’s time to put myself together and get back on track! In this first week of my food diary. I tried to consume unlimited greens, hydrate enough to keep my metabolism up, and balance my macronutrient intake. DAY 1: For lunch rice crackers with avocado, together with a smoothie from spinach, banana and strawberries. While reading my favourite magazine. DAY 2: Again a healthy lunch. This time a salad from Marks & Spencers. I really like their glutenfree Nutty Super Wholefood salad with cannellini beans and a sesame tahini dip. DAY 3: I start my day with a Skinny Vanilla Latte from Starbucks. DAY 4: No pictures today, but I shared this picture on Instagram and it inspired me to be more creative with food.
