My Current Skincare Routine That Gives Me Perfect Glowy Skin

We often write about beauty here on CGD but we thought It would be more fun to tell you guys more about our usual beauty routine.

I’ve always been obsessed with skincare and perfect skin is really important to me. Lately, I noticed my skin looks glowy and healthy and when one of the girls said that my makeup looked amazing that day (while I was not wearing makeup at all). I decided to share my current skincare regime with you girls.

I exercise every other day
I’ve downloaded the 5k runner app and run every other morning before I go to work. It helps me relax, get in shape for summer and I think it benefits my skin.

I try to eat as healthily as possible
I eat more healthily. I got rid of my Diet Coke and Red Bull addiction (really bad!) and now I drink a lot of green tea and water during the day. Also, I limited the amount of bread, pasta, potatoes and meat I eat, because I tend to feel much more energetic when I don’t eat this (this differs from person to person!).

My Morning Routine:
In the morning, I cleanse my face with Elemis Cleansing Balm. It makes my skin so soft. After that, I apply Sesderma Anti- Aging Serum. This serum contains retinol and is one of the better serums I have tried so far. I’m definitely going to repurchase this serum again! Next, I apply Perricone MD’s Nourishing moisturizer which has a nice creamy texture and has done wonders for my skin

My Evening Routine:
I repeat all the steps of my morning routine but I first use a micellar water to remove my makeup and after that I use Truself’s Organic cleanser. (make sure to check out the discount code here). I also use Bioderma’s Mild Exfoliating Cream every other day and Bioderma Hydrabio Mask which leaves my sily smooth and soft.
