#1 Drink Water
The most important skincare habit is to drink the recommended 8 glasses of water a day. Many beauty bloggers have done before and after photos to show the amazing effects of drinking enough water, your skin becomes clearer, brighter and more hydrated, and it’s an inexpensive way to stop food cravings!

#2 Wear Sun cream
Most people think that suncream is only for summer days, but wearing sun cream every day protects against the sun damage you can’t see, preventing fine lines, wrinkles and sun spots later on. It also smells divine, so that’s a huge bonus!

#3 Put your cream in the fridge
Moisturisers and lotions feel so much better when they’re chilled, and eye creams are far more effective in reducing puffiness when they’re placed in the fridge. So although it seems silly, start putting your favourite creams in the fridge for a few hours and bask in the cooling effects of silky, cold cream.

#4 Exfoliate 
Don’t forget to exfoliate to remove dead skin cells from your body and face, at least once a week. Use a gentle exfoliating scrub to remove the top layer and be left with baby soft skin, it also prevents lines, wrinkles and spots! Hurrah!

#5 Eat well
We all have weaknesses, from pizza to fizzy drinks, and you should spoil yourself whenever you feel like it, but be sure that you eat a healthy, balanced diet most of the time and that you get your dose of skin-boosting anti-oxidants and vitamins from the food you eat. Fruits and vegetables are your skin’s best friend!

#6 Exercise
As much as we all hate it, exercise is good for your body and mind. It allows you to sweat out toxins, increases blood flow and reduces stress which is good for reducing break-outs! Eating well and exercising regularly are perfect remedies for break-outs!

Perfect skin can be yours if you develop daily habits and look after it regularly!
