How To Feel Your Best At Any Age

If there’s one secret we’re all desperate to know, it’s how to feel younger

However, I’ve never viewed age as a problem. For me, it’s only a number. It’s not an expiry date, and it doesn’t mean you can’t do certain things that make you feel your best.

But if you want to know the secret, we’re happy to share!

So, whether you’re twenty, or sixty you can feel your best with these tips no matter what your age is:

 

If you’re in your 20’s:

 

Look after your body:

When I was in my 20’s I didn’t really see the point in looking after my body, what I ate didn’t affect my weight much, so focussing on the right foods wasn’t a concern.
 

But when I had hit my late twenties this became a problem. Believe it or not but your body changes, and no longer can your body cope with all the junk. So, save yourself the hassle and start living a cleaner life now.
 

Take care of your skin now:

I also never moisturized or bothered about looking after my skin. It was perfect and I had no fine lines. But to fight off aging, you need to do it now rather than later. And UV-protection is the most important!
 

Your skin is the most important thing, so you need to go over and beyond to make sure it’s well looked after. Otherwise, you’ll be stressing out in a decade wishing you had done the hard work beforehand.

Do it while you can: 

 

When I was in my 20s, I thought I had all the time in the world. That I could always have the time later on in life to do all the things on my bucket list. But that’s not true.
 

The older you get, the quicker you realize time goes by with a snap of a finger. Life gets more serious as you get older and there are certain commitments and responsibilities that will get in the way as your priorities will change.
 

So, do all the things you want to do whilst you’re still free to do so.
 

If you’re in your 30’s:

 

Look after your skin the smarter way:

It’s not going to be just about skincare products you need to apply to look after your skin. But, you’ll want to try turmeric, which is amazing for protecting your skin from free radicals and keep it hydrated.
It’s a supplement you should consider taking to make sure you look good from the inside out!
 

Attack face lines: 

You may start to notice some fine lines and wrinkles and this can be easily solved. Address your problem areas with products that are high in Vitamin C, stem cells, and collagen.

Step up your activeness: 

Your metabolism won’t work the same way it used to when you were in your 20s and maintaining your physique is going to get even harder. As your metabolism slows down your more at risk for weight gain and trouble losing it.

If you’re in your 40’s:

 

Realize that less is more: 

 

You may feel like you’re not what you’re used to be. But that doesn’t mean you can’t be. Women in their 40s tend to rely heavily on cosmetics to make themselves feel better.
But in reality, less is more.

You will look much more beautiful by toning down your makeup for simple touches. Keep your foundation natural but with a good coverage, then use blush to bring color to your cheeks and finish with a coat of mascara and lipstick!

Stimulate your brain:

 

 As you get older things tend to become a little predictable. You’ve spent your 20s and 30s constructing a routine, but now you need to change it.
Mix things up, try and do different things that keep your brain excited and stimulated. It will make you feel a lot fresher and active!

Get back to you:

 

You’re wiser than you used to be that’s for sure, and you’ve experienced a lot more than you ever imagined. And now it’s time to let it all go – leave it all in the past.
Get back to you, and the things that make you who you are. If you loved rock music, listen to it. Go to gigs, go out! Be the person you used to be, just because you’re mature doesn’t mean you don’t have the same interests anymore.
