We’re starting to think about our dreaded ‘bikini body’ here at CGD, and we know that it can be hard to motivate yourself to get your bum in gear and work out. So here is an easy at-home workout plan for leaner legs, toned thighs and even a perkier bum! You’re welcome!
The great thing about this workout is that you can print it out and keep it handy, and it can all be done in the comfort of your own home. Hold the poses for as long as you want, and gradually increase the amount of time you do them for! Just make sure you alternate legs e.g if you’re bending the right leg in the lunge make sure that you do the left leg too!
