We all know that keeping fit in the winter months takes a lot of willpower. Long working days, dark evenings and bad weather make staying in, eating comfort food and watching Netflix in pajamas much more appealing. So we’ve found some great exercise videos so that you can try something a bit different, whilst still getting a great workout. After all, summer bodies are made in the winter…

7 Minute Quick and Effective Workout

This workout from Danielle Peazer is so quick but really effective. It’s a HIIT style seven minutes packed full with different exercises that will work the whole body.

Intense Abs Workout Routine – 10 Mins Flat Stomach Exercise

Sometimes you just want to target one area? This flat stomach exercise regime takes hardly any time and will give you abs quickly (so long as you keep doing it!). It’s intense, but it’s worth it.

Signature barrecore Taster Class with founder Niki Rein

Ever wondered just what it takes to get the famous barre body? Try it for yourself with this 15-minute taster class from barrecore founder Niki Rein. Using signature barrecore moves that combine intense isometric movements with dynamic HIIT principles, Niki will work every muscle in your body in just 15 minutes to sculpt, define, lengthen and lean out your entire body in no time at all. It may be a short workout, but don’t be fooled – it’s a challenge!

8 Minute Morning Workout

This morning workout contains four exercises. Do each exercise for 50 seconds followed by 10 seconds of rest, then repeat the entire set again. You can even do this a.m. routine 3 or 4 times through for a 12-minute workout or a 16-minute workout.

32 Minute Home Cardio Workout with No Equipment

This is our favorite workout, because it’s quick and doesn’t require any equipment. You really will feel the burn, but it’s easy to do for any level of fitness!

  1. I really like Pilates–after decades of exercise classes, including as an instructor of a zumba-style class, Pilates has given me dancer-like muscles (hard but not bulky) that I’ve never achieved before. And I do interval running for cardio. But your cardio with no equipment routine looks perfect for when we’re visiting relatives over the holidays and I’m stuck in a house in a nasty climate.
