32 Minute Home Cardio Workout with No Equipment

This is our favorite workout, because it’s quick and doesn’t require any equipment. You really will feel the burn, but it’s easy to do for any level of fitness!

I really like Pilates–after decades of exercise classes, including as an instructor of a zumba-style class, Pilates has given me dancer-like muscles (hard but not bulky) that I’ve never achieved before. And I do interval running for cardio. But your cardio with no equipment routine looks perfect for when we’re visiting relatives over the holidays and I’m stuck in a house in a nasty climate.
