  1. Kale just by itself doesn’t taste good but I usually massage it with some lemon for a salad or even bake them in the over with some salt to make kale chips! Easy peasy, delish and super healthy! ;)

  4. For salads – if you let it marinate in the dressing it softens a little. And I agree with you – kale chips are the best! :)
