Have A Healthy Morning Moment With This Easy Breakfast Smoothie Bowl


We’ve got our amazing lunches and dinners ready, but if (like me) you’re guilty of skipping breakfast or grabbing a bagel or muffin instead of granola and yoghurt, this super simple smoothie bowl will give you life in the morning! You can make extra and refrigerate/freeze it for all your nomming needs. We LOVE it!


Easy Peasy Smoothie Bowl

1 banana
1 frozen acai packet 
2 handfuls frozen mixed berries 
1/2 tablespoon chia seeds 
1/2 cup Granola (or rolled oats)
1 tablespoon flaked almonds 
200ml coconut water 
1 tablespoon goji berries


Place the acai (ah-sigh-ee, difficult to pronounce but delicious) packet, mixed berries, coconut water, granola and goji berries in a high-speed blender and let it do all the work for you. Alternatively, only blend the fruit and leave the granola/rolled oats aside to eat with the smoothie on top.

Decorate with chopped banana (or fruit of your choice) flaked almonds, chia seeds and goji berries.
