Both Kylie and Kendall have amazing bodies. Kendall is a model after all, while Kylie is known for her toned curves.
But Khloe has pointed the finger at her sisters in a post titled ‘My Sisters’ Diets Are Cray!” She says she isn’t even sure if they’re related when they go out for dinner, their diets are so varied. Luckily, my sisters and I all eat the same crap – but only a few of us are blessed with fast metabolisms (eye roll!).
Kim is on a strict Atkins diet, “It involves cutting out all sugar and carbs but it allows meat and dairy. I like sweets too much and also don’t eat red meat or dairy so I’m saying hell no to this one!”
While we all know Kourtney’s regimented gluten-free and organic diet is one that seems very hard to stick to.
Next up, the younger sisters. Kendall being a Victoria’s Secret model and all, you’d think she was on a strict diet of one lettuce leaf for every fifty press-ups. But no. Apparently, she is the queen of junk food. “People always find it funny that Kenny is on the anti-model diet,” she wrote. “She loves burgers and pizza and goes to In-N-Out all the time. Kendall is my go-to girl on cheat day!”
To be fair, she works out 4 days a week and runs, does strength training and cardio. So she probably needs to feed her workouts with lots of carbs.
Next up Kylie, who eats similarly to Kendall (oh to be young and have a fast metabolism!) but is much more mindful of eating organically. She is lactose intolerant so avoids cheese and dairy, but Khloe says she’s a typical teenager. “Kylie eats like a typical teenager but she’s also super aware of what she puts in her body when it comes to fresh and organic foods.”
Interesting that each sister has a different regime!
