Sometimes the journey towards our goals can get cloudy and may seem out of our reach. Not understanding where to beginning, how to continue or when to change can be confusing and burdensome! Understand that this is normal for all Career Girls. We all have the capability to be successful in whatever we put our minds to. It starts with an idea and a plan. But there are also a couple of questions to ask yourself to assure you are making the right move towards success. Here are three to take into account:

1. How would I do my job if nobody showed me how to do it?

It is important to remember that although an idea begins with you, working towards that goal is another step. So before you get to work, ask yourself how you would tackle your idea and reach your goal if no one was there to show you. Family and friends will encourage you, but from this point forward, you are your own boss. There will be bumps along the way, but it’s the journey towards your goal that will teach you how to get the job done!

2. What am I doing now that is helping me move forward?

Take time to recognize what you are currently doing that is helping you get closer and closer to your success! Note of the qualities of your actions that are beneficial towards your growth and later for your goals. Asking this question allows for you to not only recognize your hard work, but it helps you to see what is working in your favor!

3. How can I improve?

Decipher where you can improve on your path towards success. See if there are ways to improving your technique in engagement and making great content! Get advice from those who have taken a similar path to what you are now taking and see how their advice can better your journey. It does not hurt to ask and it certainly does not hurt to make slight changes so that you can improve in the techniques or categories you want to improve in! Asking this question allows for you to see what is working and what is not working towards your success. Do not be afraid to try something new and improve in what it is you want to do!
