You can’t deny it, Kim Kardashian is a force to be reckoned with. Not only has she paved the way for influencers and imitations, but she’s also built businesses through beauty, technology, and shapewear. Alongside that, she’s a wife, mother, and training to become a lawyer.
Kim’s been big on working out and getting healthy in recent years, she works out almost every day when she can steal time to do so between everything else she’s doing, and the results are incredible. Kim’s figure is insane, and the subject of much discussion at the moment. But she does all this for herself, to be the best she can possibly be. And if that isn’t inspiring, we don’t know what is.
So we examined her daily routine to see how she works out and what we can learn about being a modern woman from Kim. 1. EAT THE RIGHT FOODS
Kim has spoken out about the Atkins diet quite a lot, essentially you cut carbohydrates and eat protein and healthy fats too, similar to Keto. For Kim, this was a good way to lose her pregnancy weight and get in shape fast, but not something sustainable.
“There’s a myth that eating carbs is bad, but this isn’t true!” She’s said before. She’ll rely on carbs before and after a workout. She eats vegetables with her meals, and balances simple carbs with small amounts of fat and protein, like chicken.
Kim also cleaned out her entire house of unnecessarily processed foods like rice crispy treats and crackers, ready to take control of her diet and live her best life.
2. WORKOUT AS OFTEN AS POSSIBLE
Kim works out six days a week with no excuses. She wakes up at 5:30 am to exercise, whether she does an at-home workout or meets with a trainer. “I work out about an hour-and-a-half every single day, heavyweights, I don’t do a lot of cardio,” she admitted.
She still occasionally wakes up early to go for a run with Kanye around her gated community, but mostly she relies on a rigorous training schedule to keep her body lean and toned.
3. FOCUS ON WEIGHT TRAINING
According to Kim’s trainer, 85% of her training is weight training, and the other fifteen is cardio. You’ll find mostly leg and butt workouts with some weights thrown in, in her average workout routine.

And the secret to Kim’s success? Never giving up – even if she wants to. Her trainer confessed that Kim never ever cancels on her, no matter how early it is or how busy her day looks.
That’s a reminder, if you want to make magic happen and look after your body and mind, there’s no such thing as a cancellation, it’s simply part of your routine.
