There’s far more to Jennifer Aniston than her flawless figure, smooth complexion, and glossy hair. Defining beauty as “really learning to love every single thing about yourself” in a recent interview with PEOPLE, it’s evident that underneath her stunning appearance, there’s a beautiful inside too.

Adopting the 80/20 lifestyle when it comes to food, she’s the perfect fitness role model and her daily food diary is the ideal inspiration.

From a chocolate obsession to an impressive intake of water, here’s what the star eats each day:

We are always told that breakfast is the most important meal of the day, but I bet you wouldn’t believe me if I told you it could be made up of three different types of chocolate! Starting the day strong with a protein shake, Jennifer adds “a little cacao powder, chocolate stevia drops and chocolate almond milk,” each morning. Now that’s a breakfast we could manage!

Never going hungry

Jennifer eats a few hours after her shake, consisting of a simple hard-boiled egg (definitely think our budgets can handle that one!).

Her lunch then gives a little insight into the secret behind her glossy hair and glowing skin, as she eats fish and a salad, which is packed with hair happy nutrients like omega and essential oils.

No need to follow those ridiculously low-calorie diets. Jennifer will often have another snack before dinner, grabbing a cheese stick or a cup of soup. Maybe she is just like the rest of us after all!

Dinner is then high in protein, maybe chicken or more fish with lots of vegetables. Sound too boring to stick to? Well, luckily she truly keeps to the balanced lifestyle, she and her husband make pasta carbonara every fortnight. Yum.
