Kendall Jenner’s Workout Routine For The Victoria’s Secret Show

In case you missed it, Kendall Jenner, along with all the other fifty stunning angels, left us in awe of her amazingly toned and flawless physique at this year’s Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show. Though she’s always had an amazing figure, it comes as no surprise that she put in some real work to achieve her impressive stature ahead of the show.

Prior to strutting down the runway in her wings, she committed herself to fitness regimes “almost every day” and worked out with famed celebrity trainer Gunnar Peterson to tone her photo-ready body.

While Peterson admits that Kendall is naturally athletically and genetically gifted, he says “people will find it hard to believe, that girl squats, dead-lifts and does pull-ups”. Speaking to Us Weekly, he also revealed that she did “a lot of sled-pushing, a lot of lateral banded work, up and down the track, and a lot of very high-intensity cardio intervals” before the annual show.

Khloe Kardashian also weighed in on Kendall’s fitness rituals and has said that her sister “doesn’t do a ton of cardio but she does weights” and stays “really quiet when she works out”. She added “she has her dad’s [Olympic gold medalist Caitlyn Jenner] body so it doesn’t take a lot for her to get in shape.”

Speaking on her app and website, Kendall opened up about the ins and outs of her fitness routines, writing “To be honest, I could probably be lazy and not work out and still look the same – but I’m not like that […] I’ve always been really active. I like to work out to feel better about myself.”

She also added that she doesn’t let traveling get in the way of her workout regimens and always finds ways of incorporating fitness into her everyday routines. “When I’m in [New York City], I like boxing at Gotham Gym,” she said, referencing the popular boxing gym where her friend Gigi Hadid prepped for last year’s Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show. “I did it last time I was in New York and it kicked my a– because I hadn’t gone in almost a year! When I’m in Paris or London I’ll just work out in the hotel gym”, she continued.

So yes, great bodies don’t come easy and Kendal has most definitely put in serious work.
