Unless you have been living under a rock you are bound to have heard of Khloe Kardashian’s new book- Strong Looks Better Naked.
Khloe has undergone a serious body transformation. The results of her dedicated fitness regime are awesome.
Her new book provides us with some insights into Khloe’s life. Furthermore, it equips us ladies with helpful hints and practical advice. Always a bonus.
#1 A body like that takes serious work
Unlike a lot of celebrities Khloe is open about her struggle with her body. Khloe does not hide the fact that she works exceptionally hard and gets up at the crack of dawn to hit the gym. In a world where famous people deny dieting or exercising her attitude is refreshing.
#2 She’s a role model
The title says it all really. Strong looks better naked. Khloe knows she is a major influencer. Young girls and women look up to her, they will mimic what she does. She is expressing the importance of a healthy body image and a sensible perspective. Being super thin isn’t important being strong is the better option.
#3 Her advice is incredible
Obviously If you pay attention to media coverage Khloe has had more than her fair share of personal difficulties. Khloe has turned these often tough times into something positive. She has been through so much and come out the other side a stronger person. She is able to give advice to those who may be struggling with similar issues.
#4 She is honest
The Kardashians have a reputation for always trying to a positive spin on things. Khloe in her book is frank about the personal troubles she has had. It is interesting to read about all that she has been through. Regardless of these issues, Khloe is keen to be a source of inspiration to others.
