Let’s get back in shape for summer and lose the wiggle and jiggle! Follow this workout plan and be sure to eat a healthy balanced diet with proper nutrients; get at least six to eight hours of sleep so that your body can repair, recover, and build muscle.
HOW IT WORKS: Do this workout in the comfort of your own home or bring it with you when you hit the gym. Do each exercise back to back with no rest, performing as many repetitions as possible in 30 to 60 seconds. If you don’t have dumbbells, fill two small bottles of water and use those instead.
