Let’s Get Rid Of The Arm Jiggle: 10 minute workout to tighten your arms

Let’s get back in shape for summer and lose the wiggle and jiggle!  Follow this workout plan and be sure to eat a healthy balanced diet with proper nutrients; get at least six to eight hours of sleep so that your body can repair, recover, and build muscle.


HOW IT WORKS Do this workout in the comfort of your own home or bring it with you when you hit the gym. Do each exercise back to back with no rest, performing as many repetitions as possible in 30 to 60 seconds.  If you don’t have dumbbells, fill two small bottles of water and use those instead.

  1. This will make you laugh. I decided to do a little tricep exercise last week… an area I have totally neglected. But I saw Denise Austin suggest just doing some simple extensions. So I grabbed a 1 lb. weight and did 30, then went to turn the TV off… and I COULDN’T LIFT MY ARM. Clearly, I need to pay a little more attention to this part of my body!!

  2. I think the whole body workouts are the best. However, I also started with focusing more on my arms. For everyone who want to get in shape really fast, I would recommend HIIT workouts..I just started with my 3 months mission. Yeeey, will see how it goes..:)
