It is the practice of self-improvement, of being more conscious of your daily actions, while acknowledging your feelings or thoughts. Speaking of phones and tablets, become a mindfulness pro on-the-go. Download Headspace, an app that gives you daily meditation and exercises, like the Take10 program, where for just ten minutes you practice mindfulness every day.
