Ariana Grande is bigger than ever and although not everyone is a fan of this young pop star, after her Twitter tirade from last Sunday, we all have to admit, she is cooler than we all thought!
Whatever you do, don’t call her ‘Big Sean’s ex” because she will get back to you and correct you in the best way possible. When this happened to Grande, she spoke up by publishing a personal letter on her Twitter feed and we love it!
“What I meant when I said what I said about not being Sean’s ex is that I am tired of living in a world where women are mostly referred to as a man’s past, present, or future PROPERTY / POSSESSION,” she wrote. “I . . . do not. belong. to anyone. but myself. and neither do you.”
After reading this letter, the CGD team has to admit that we kind of underestimated Grande. This letter proves that she is a Power Girl by heart, she knows how to take a stand and an absolute must-read for (Career) Girls worldwide.

Definitely didn’t expect this to come from Ariana Grande, but clearly I was wrong. This letter is great, and it’s nice that it’s coming from someone who has a lot of young girls in her fan base! We need to be hearing more people speak up in this manner.
