I’m a real fan of YouTube workouts; there are lots of great-quality videos out there and they don’t require lots of space or any special equipment. You can fit them around the rest of your busy life way more easily than a fixed timetable at a gym. Seriously, even if I have just 10 minutes, there are tonnes of options online.

Don’t think they’re an easy option though – I’ve worked up quite a sweat hopping around my bedroom. Even though you’re at home, remember you are still doing exercise, so while you can do the videos in your PJs if you want, make sure you’ve got a sports bra and trainers on too!
Below we’ve summed up a few of our favourite channels for workout videos, including some serious HIIT sessions as well as yoga routines that we like to do right before bed to help us sleep. We’re always on the lookout for more though, so we’d really love to hear your recommendations too – leave a comment below or leave a message us Facebook!
#1 -POPSUGAR fitness
They’ve got workouts lasting 10, 15, 20 or 30 minutes and each one is guaranteed to make you work hard! The website is full of extra videos as well as non-video workouts (so you can listen to your own music while you do them). This 30-minute bodyweight workout and 10-minute cardio session are current faves.
#2 -Tara Stiles
Her yoga videos are all over YouTube, but we particularly like this playlist for beginners. They’re all under 10 minutes, so you can do a couple back-to-back or just the one if that’s all you have time for. If you’re after a more intense workout though, this hour-long class is fantastic.
#3 -Yoga with Adriene
Her 30 days of yoga series are amazing. The relaxed classes and her friendly style mean that I never reget doing a video, but I still feel like I’ve had a good workout.
#4 -Fitness blender
I haven’t actually done one of these yet but Anna, from Vivianna does Makeup recommended the 5 Day Workout Challenge and I’m now raring to give it a go!
#5- POP Pilates
We can’t miss her in our list. I used to love her workouts and used to do on everyday last summer. They are short but very effective. That’s what we busy girls need! My favourite video’s are the On Fire series. Actually, I love all of her videos!
#6- Tone it up
The girls from Tone It Up are amazing. I used to download their weekly exercise routines and brought it to the gym with me. My favourite routines are the HITT and the booty exercises
