As hard as it can be, most of us have stuff to do when we get home from our daily grind. The ideal solution to a long day is always to go to bed and never get up again; but as lovely as that sounds, it wont get our ironing done. 1. Don’t sit down
This may sound silly, but it works. If, when you get in from work, you sit straight down, chances are you aren’t going to want to get up again. However if you get in and straight away do the stuff you begrudgingly have to, it will be over before you know it and you can sit down in peace!
2. Listen to upbeat music

4. Make a list
