Relaxation Tips To Put Some Pep Back Into Your Step

I believe that a bath can heal anything. On a Sunday evening if you’re feeling a little tense after a full weekend and you need to get a pep in your step before Monday, there’s nothing better than creating a Sunday evening ritual. At CGD HQ, we often compare notes on our rituals and see who has the best chill routine. Get your bathrobe ready, here are our favorite relaxation products this week.

Start your routine with a Neom Organics Tranquility Candle containing Lavender, Sweet Basil and Jasmine. This candle is one of Celina’s favorites because it’s relaxing and helps set a stress-free mood. The hints of basil and jasmine combined with Lavender will definitely get you ready for a good night’s sleep afterward. Follow this theme with the Neom Organics Tranquility Bath Foam, which contains the same scents as the candle and will definitely give you a soothing, tranquil soak.

I’ve been switching to natural products recently, that goes for bath stuff too. My recent faves are Lucy Annabella Time Out Organic Bath Milk and Treatment Oil. The bottles are so cute and look great on the side of my bath, and there’s nothing better than finishing up a relaxing, refreshing bath with a treatment oil. It will leave your skin supple and smooth.

I believe each product you use in your bath cures a different problem, whether it’s stress, sensitive skin or muscle ache. Which is why I always look for the hero products that everyone is talking about. The latest buzz in the office is Laura Mercier Créme Brûlée Honey Bath. Its primary purpose is foaming hydration, but it smells like a patisserie in France and has honey and French vanilla in it.

No Sunday evening ritual would be complete without a dose of your favorite TV shows and an evening teaI love a peppermint tea before bed but chamomile is perfect for anyone needing help to fall asleep.
