Is there a secret to success? On the 29th January, over a hundred Career Girls came together for the second sold out edition of the Career Girl Academy at the coolest spot in London to find out just what that secret might be.

With a full-day program of masterclasses hosted by the coolest women in business on everything from building a brand to the 6:3 rule that will change your life, we did some serious learning! Our guests shared their dreams and hopes with like-minded girls, enjoyed a nutritious and delicious lunch from The Detox Kitchen and sipped on fizzy pink cocktails to toast the day.
We learned that the secret to success is supporting each other! Together we are stronger. Whether we’re networking over beetroot brownies, talking about our failures, or picking the brains of a business woman we’re inspired by, it’s all about supporting each other’s strengths and weaknesses. Success is about surrounding yourself with like-minded people and knowing that you are your biggest asset. We like to think we’re building the most positive girl group around!
