Apple cider vinegar is a key ingredient to add into a home-made mask as the alpha hydroxyl acids in the vinegar help to unclog skin pores, stimulate circulation and dissolve dead skin cells.

Other ingredients include green tea, sugar and honey. The sugar within the mask is key as it works as a natural exfoliant that breaks up dead skin cells and unclogs pores. Whilst the green tea is packed with antioxidants to help maintain fresh and glowing skin and the honey is key for nourishing and hydrating the skin.
